Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order leaves our fulfillment facility.

Shipping destinations and cost
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free.

Estimated delivery
Estimated transit time is 10 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs inspections, peak-season volume, or an incorrect address.

Tracking
Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us through our Contact Us page.

Address changes and lost packages
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment. Apexway Global is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will help you work with the carrier.
